Animation Huts A series of miniature buildings in which people can watch and enjoy animated films. The first in this series will be a lighthouse/keepers cottage with all the flavour of the sea and the salty sea dog that lives within. This exciting project is ideal for festivals, exhibitions and events and will combine, performance, animation and a series of workshops. ** ANIMATING LITERATURE/POETRY WORKSHOPS *** Recently we have been using the magic of stop motion animation to bring the written word to life. Using a poem, play or book as a starting point we work with children to draw out themes and images from the text, which we use as inspiration for making an animated film. Children are involved in recording words, making characters and sets and animating them. ****ANIMATION PARTIES*** After many requests from parents and children, we are now offering ANIMATION PARTIES for groups of up to 15 children. Make an animated film on any subject or theme from DINOSAURS to FAVOURITE CARTOONS; you choose and we can take them through the whole process of film making. Each child then will be sent a DVD of their own film. How exciting is that?
